It is the most celebrated month in the year, the month everybody has waited for and with arguably one of the best holidays of the year. December, Christmas season. The best days for the retail industry corporations. Here are some events for December to go check out within the FM area.
The NDSU concert hall is hosting the FM ballet shows of the Nutcracker. During December 20 to December 22, every day between 7:00pm to 9:00pm. You can go watch the classic Christmas ballet, you can get discounts for military, elderly and students/kids. However, you can go check their website at FMballet.org for ticket options.
The Winter Wonderettes are back this season, if you’re looking for amazing beauties to sing for you in an incredible fashion then check out their shows which have already started but they go up until the 20 of December. Tickets are $28 for adults, $20 for seniors and $15 for students. The shows are between 7:30pm to 9:00pm. They are weekly on Sunday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and the shows are split between the Fargo Moorhead Community Theatre at 202 1st Ave N. The other is at the Hjemkomst Center in Moorhead.
And with the winter season, comes winter sports. Like hockey, and we have a bunch of home games this weekend at the Scheels arena against the Sioux Fall Stampede, on Friday and Saturday, 13 and 14. And is one of the last games of 2024, (not the 2024 season.) Prices range between $9.75-$31.75 dollars.
